Wallace Medical & Dental is happy to announce that in September we currently have a Monthly Patient Diabetes Class on the 3rd Thursday afternoon of the month in English and also the 2nd Thursday afternoon of the month in Spanish. This class is taught by Sr. Nurse Eric Thompson Ruelas.

Class 1: Understanding Diabetes and investing in self-care
Class 2: Nutrition and meal planning
Class 3: Lifestyle changes and mental helath
Class 4: Monitoring blood glucose and physical activity
Class 5: Cardiovascular heal and foot health
Class 6: Health maintenance and GRADUATION!
