Medicare Options and Services
When you approach the age of 65 you have the opportunity to enroll in a Medicare plan. You can visit Medicare.gov for detailed information about the Medicare health and prescription drug plans in our area.
Once you are enrolled in Medicare, we look forward to seeing you every year for your “Medicare Annual Wellness Visit.” This 60-minute visit provides a complete assessment of your health, physical and mental wellbeing and incorporates screening and planning for your future as you age. It’s an important Medicare-covered benefit available to you with no copay or deductible once every year.
