Providing Compassionate Care Since 1984
It began with a single physician volunteering his time and carrying his medical supplies in a tackle box as he provided care to homeless patients in Portland.
Today, Wallace is a Federally Qualified Health Center with multiple locations that provides primary care and urgent health care to all patients in need. Services are provided at morning and evening clinics, as well as on the Mobile Medical Clinic where patients can be seen and cared for by a physician right in their own neighborhood.

The thing that I love most about primary care is developing relationships with my patients that lead to better health. I have a varied nursing background and enjoy seeing patients of all ages. My areas of interest are heart health and musculoskeletal issues. When I am not at work, you will find me bicycling around the city, running trails, or cheering for the Portland Timbers in the North End.
Lori-Ann Lima, FNP
I studied to be a Family Nurse Practitioner at OHSU after many years working in community based organizations. I believe that our physical health and mental health are equally important and bring a holistic perspective to care. I want to work as a partner in you and your family’s health.

Bethany Stairs, FNP
I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I graduated with my master’s degree from UCLA in 2009 and have had various jobs in family practice since that time. I moved to Portland, Oregon in the fall of 2014 and am very happy with that decision. Some of my favorite things are ice cream, Mexican food, reading and being outside.
Stephanie Lux, FNP
I grew up in Ohio and trained to become a Family Nurse Practitioner at The Ohio State University. I have additional training and experience working with children but I enjoy working with families and all age groups. My focus for your care is to improve your health through preventative care. I believe that primary care is one of the most important ways to prevent disease and enhance your overall health. In my spare time you will find me hiking, backpacking or reading.

I enjoy providing primary care to patients of all ages from newborn up. I feel it is important to take the time to get to know my patients so that we can work together as a team to meet your health goals. When I am not at work I spend time with my family and enjoy being active outside in nature and the wilderness.

Kristina Acord, FNP
I love working with my patients to get them feeling better focusing first on lifestyle changes considering that the whole body is connected. I completed my Family Nurse Practitioner program with Frontier Nursing University in 2019 and prior to that have worked as a nurse in patient care since 2010 in a variety of settings. I am a native Oregonian and spend my free time exploring the outdoors and all the beauty that our region has to offer.
Kyle Geelan, DMD
“I grew up my entire life just outside of Portland Oregon. Graduated from OHSU school of dentistry and immediately moved to Arizona for a 1 year advanced education in general dentistry residency. I stayed in Arizona one more year working as a general dentist before moving back to Oregon to be with family and began working at Wallace. In my free time I enjoy the outdoors and visiting family and friends.”
Britta Martinez, DMD
I grew up in the Southwest and moved to Oregon for dental school. After graduating from OHSU, I completed a one year Dental General Practice Residency in Minnesota. I returned to Portland for the trees and the beautiful summers, and enjoy working with all of the wonderful people we see at Wallace!
