Wallace accepts Oregon Health Plan and commercial insurance. We treat patients regardless of their ability to pay for services. We offer a sliding fee discount program, which provides a discount based on income and family size.

Medicaid in Oregon:
Our version of Medicaid is called the Oregon Health Plan and may allow you free access to healthcare if you fall within the income limits and qualify as a legal resident or refugee. The Oregon Health plan also includes some dental benefits.

If you are not a legal resident and don’t have required documentation there are certain plans you can qualify for, to get you through the tough spots without having to pay.
